I first met Ligia about a month ago in May 2018 when she needed some photos for her blog and I offered to take them. Since that first shoot, we've built a nice friendship where she models and I provide the photos. It's a win-win. I get to use the photos on my site and portfolio and she gets to use them on her blog and social media to feature fashion brands that sponsor her.
She reached out to me to capture some shots of a few items fashion designer brand 'Pierre Cardin' sent her.
We walked and drove around Winter Park to locations that caught our eye and shot some stills. As a photographer, this shoot was exciting for me, as Ligia requested some out-of-the-norm shots. Things like shots from down low, some under harsh light (which I stay away from like the plague) and more moving poses. Although it was a scorching 94 degrees out today, I really enjoyed expanding my scope of work with these new fashion portraits.
You can check out Ligia's work here.
This is what we captured.
